How Partners Profit
Partners profit in four ways:
1. Partners profit from finders-fees (2%) when they turn over qualified leads that NDMA closes. NDMA may still refer the client to the partner for implementation services.
2. Partners profit from commissions on sales they close (20%) on software and on any training and consulting they ask NDMA to deliver.
3. Partners implement the software, profiting from their own installation and training services.
4. Partners coach their customers through all aspects of an implementation, profiting from their own related management consulting services such as defining products/services, cost analysis, rate setting, setting up product and service catalogs, and, optionally, ongoing end-user support.
